Shipping Policy:
Our shipping policy is for wine orders only; we are not able
to include spirits in your order.
We offer 3 options for common carrier wine shipments:

Service - approximately 2-7 business days in transit

2nd
Day Air - 2 business days in transit
·
Next
Day Air - 1 business day in transit
During times of extremely hot or
cold weather, we strongly recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid
having your order be exposed to the extremes of hot and cold for an extended
period in transit. Please Note: We take
no responsibility for wine that arrives damaged due to heat or cold, so please
plan accordingly when you choose your shipping option. Using Ground as a shipping method is
extremely risky both in the summer and winter months.
All shipping costs are estimated.
Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed and
processed. We try to keep your shipping costs low, but do allow for special
packaging to safeguard your wines.
Please note
that you are responsible for all shipping costs for the original order as well
as return shipping except in cases where we have made an error concerning your
shipment.
While we make every effort to show
accurate product listings on our website, Fermented Grapes, LLC is not
responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Please verify
order information with us if placing an order by phone or email.
Return Policy
If an error is made on our part in
the shipping of your order, we will do everything possible to remedy the
situation.
Please note that all wine sales, once made, are final. If
you have a special problem or need to cancel an order, please contact us

Due to
There are certain states that expressly prohibit the direct
importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or
felony. Fermented Grapes, LLC will not knowingly facilitate any person to
purchase from us and ship wine to any state that prohibits it.
Our sole purpose is to assist you in
arranging delivery through a common carrier. We make no representation to the legal
rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of NY State.

Age Verification / Adult Signature:
You must be 21 years of age or older
to purchase wine from Fermented Grapes, LLC.
All packages sent out by Fermented
Grapes, LLC require an adult signature upon delivery. It is therefore
recommended that you provide a business shipping address for best service. We
will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to
us because there was no adult (person over 21) to sign for the wine. ID is
required for verification at time of delivery (a valid driver’s license,
military ID, passport or State ID.)
